COMMERCIAL AREAS

bull street

It is one of the busiest in the city, especially for the salmantinos, not so much for the tourist.

It is the nerve center of the city, the great shopping street, where you find everything. Calle Toro is pedestrian and leaves the Plaza Mayor of Salamanca.

Do not miss the Zara store, which is an old convent transformed into a store, but which preserves historic facades and walls of the place of worship.

Direction: C/Toro, 37002 Salamanca

Zara store

It is not a Zara store like any other, it's a convent. The clothing company took 8 years to restore the remains of the convent of San Antonio el Real, his dome of 22 meters high, and give it a modern touch, turning it into this peculiar store.

They are separated from the historic walls of the convent church by glass, that do not cut the space, but they protect the monument.
