To start entering the city of Salamanca, We can start by walking through the Main Square (1) and observe its most prominent elements such as the medallions. Next, get closer to one of the oldest universities in Europe such as the University of Salamanca (2), it is essential to understand its magnitude, there is the old library (3), the cloisters or the Salamanca Sky (4).

After this walk through the center, we are in front of the House of the Shells (5), the Pontifical University together with the church of La Clerecía (6) where you can discover the panoramic views of the city of Salamanca.

If we stop for lunch around town, We can choose from the restaurants offering grilled or roasted meals and traditional dishes, between Guijuelo sausages or the famous Arribes cheese.

On the second day of the route we can have breakfast in a cafeteria in the historic center of Salamanca. A) Yes, we will head to Convent of San Esteban (9) that, in front of him, the Convent of the Dueñas (10). It is essential to also visit the mysterious and legendary Salamanca cave (11) and the Patio de la Salina (12).

After having lunch in some of the busiest restaurants in Salamanca, we have the option to visit the Museum of Art Nouveau Art Deco (16), in a modernist palace; O well, enter the center of contemporary art: the House of the Arts (17).

There is the option of ending the second day of the city tour through the use of the bicycle service to take a walk along the bike path of the river park, the university campus or some of the city's neighborhoods.
